Foods to avoid while traveling
There are few things that are worse than taking the money, luggage, time, and energy to plan a trip and having everything hindered by diarrhea or other digestive ailments.
Here are some foods to avoid while travelling:
- Sea food

Any raw cut of meat or seafood even if it is undercooked with juice or vinegar is to be avoided while traveling because there is a high tendency, they will be swimming in germs which can pose serious problems while traveling.
- Apples

The only time you should ever try eating an apple is when you can wash it yourself with safe drinking water.
- Frozen foods

Frozen foods pose a few health risks as most of the foods are been preserved in a freezer shelf which can produce harmful bacteria.
- Street food:

While trying to pick out food on the street, there are few things to look out for, which are:
- How clean the restaurant is;
- If the foods are properly covered by the cook because that could increase the chances of the food getting contaminated which could pose a great risk to your health.
- Local drinks

Most of the local drink sellers make their drinks using local tap water which could be contaminated.
