The 2021 edition of Top Baker contest has climaxed on Saturday 20th November, 2021 in Lagos, Nigeria with 26 years old Olumide Fadipe of Limiedinstinct declared the winner of the four other contestants. This year’s contest hovered around the theme 007 James Bond which indicates that it was the 7th edition of the competition. Furthermore, Damilola Ogunsi, popular Nigerian actor and social media act was also featured in the theme as Nigeria’s James Bond.
At the event with the actor in attendance, he pointed out that he is making moves to ensure that in the very near future, he would feature as James Bond at the international scene following the likes of Sean connery, Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton.
After series of examination by the various judges, Olumide Fadipe received a gift of Five hundred thousand naira while the first runner up received a prize of two hundred and fifty thousand naira and the second runner up got one hundred and fifty thousand naira and the 3rd runner up got 65 thousand naira only.
The contestants were grateful for the opportunity to participate while the judges described the contest as keenly contested.
