How to make your crunchy homemade Peanut
Peanuts which is also known as pinder, goober and monkey nuts are legumes that grow underground, as opposed to nuts like walnuts, almonds, etc. that grow on trees.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 2 cups Raw peanut
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Milk Flavour
Preparation:
- In a bowl, select the groundnut to take out the bad ones.
- Soak your raw groundnut in the hot water with a pinch of salt for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Drain the water and spread out the groundnut to dry.
- In another bowl, sieve your flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and milk flavor.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, sugar, and butter till the sugar and butter dissolve.
- Transfer the groundnut to a big bowl. Pour in two tablespoons of the egg mixture and shake the bowl in a circular pattern until the groundnut is well coated.
