How to make Garri tulle
This is a recipe that can be used as a garnish for your dessert.
Garri Tulle is a twist to the normal garri and water in the case of drinking or making eba, this recipe involves the frying of garri and water mixture.
1/2 cup of Garri
1 cup of Water
A Cooking Spoon of Vegetable Oil (For frying)
- Mix the garri and water in a bowl allow it set for a while.
- Use a sieve to strain the water and add a tablespoon of the garri chaff to the strained liquid.
- Heat up the oil in a saucepan under medium heat and pour a small amount of the garri mix to fry.
- Take the Garri Tulle out of the oil gently and drain using a paper towel.
Your Garri Tulle is ready!
