How to make crispy cocoyam chips and peppered garlic shrimps
This amazing recipe is very tasty and very easy to make.
Cocoyam chips and peppered garlic shrimps is a quick snack that can be enjoyed anywhere and at any time of the day.
2 medium-sized cocoyams (Taro)
1 cup of shrimp
1 piece of scorpion pepper (substitute scotch bonnet peppers /ata rodo)
1 clove of garlic
A handful of chopped onions
A handful of chopped tomatoes
A pinch of chopped scent leaves
1/2 cooking spoon of oil
Salt to Taste
- Cut your cocoyam into strips, slightly salt and fry.
- For the sauce blend peppers, garlic and onion.
- Heat up your oil and stir-fry the pepper blend. Add some chopped tomatoes, scent leaf and seasoning cubes.
- Chop your shrimps and stir-fry in the sauce till done.
Your tasty cocoyam chips and shrimp sauce is ready!
