How to make crispy cocoyam chips and peppered garlic shrimps

Ingredients

2 medium-sized cocoyams (Taro)

1 cup of shrimp

1 piece of scorpion pepper (substitute scotch bonnet peppers /ata rodo)

1 clove of garlic

A handful of chopped onions

A handful of chopped tomatoes

A pinch of chopped scent leaves

Seasoning cubes

1/2 cooking spoon of oil

Salt to Taste

Instructions

  1. Cut your cocoyam into strips, slightly salt and fry.
  2. For the sauce blend peppers, garlic and onion.
  3. Heat up your oil and stir-fry the pepper blend. Add some chopped tomatoes, scent leaf and seasoning cubes.
  4. Chop your shrimps and stir-fry in the sauce till done.

    Your tasty cocoyam chips and shrimp sauce is ready!
