Ingredients
1 finger of ripe plantain
A head of lettuce
1 small red bell pepper
1 small green bell pepper
1 small yellow bell pepper
1 small bulb of red onions
2 firm tomatoes
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
3 medium sized shrimps
1/2 seasoning cube
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of sweet chili dressing
Instructions
- Dice your plantain into cubes and fry. Put them aside in a bowl.
- Slice the vegetables into the salad bowl then toss it.
- Heat up vegetable oil In a pan the season and stirfry the shrimps. Leave it to cool.
- Once cool, sprinkle the plantain and shrimps all over the vegetables. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the salad afterwards.
Your plantain salad is ready! Serve cool.
