Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
½ banana
4 cups spinach
½ cup ice cubes
¾ cup coconut water
Instructions
- Using a blender, pour in the spinach, pineapple chunks and banana then blend with ice cubes.
- Add the coconut water and blend till it is smooth. You can also add more coconut water if the smoothie is too thick and pulse to dilute till it reaches desired consistency.
Your spinach smoothie is ready! Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple.
