Stir-fry noodles is a very tasty dish that is slowly becoming a favourite in most part of Lagos. It is best to make it using glass noodles which makes it faster and easier to prepare.

Ingredients
2 cups of boiled glass noodles
1/2 cup of shredded chicken
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
8 pieces of green beans
4 pieces of spring onions
2 scotch bonnet peppers
1 small red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
Seasoning cubes
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Use ginger powder and seasoning cubes to season the shredded chicken.
- Stir fry the chicken in a pan of vegetable oil on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken and pour in the butter.
- As soon as the butter melts, stir in the vegetables, soy sauce and seasoning immediately.
- Toss in the chicken and the boiled noodles and stir fry for about 1-2 minutes.
Your stirfry noodles is ready! Serve hot.
