Food that can trigger diarrhea
Foods that activate diarrhea vary among people, but some of the common causes include some vegetables, spicy food, and some dairy food.

Here is a list of food that can trigger diarrhoea:
- Coffee and tea:
Excess intake of caffeine beverage can trigger digestive problems, it is best to try to limit it.
- Spicy foods:
Spicy foods can worsen abdominal pain for Irritable bowel syndrome sufferers; it is advisable to reduce it
- Dairy Milk:
Dairy products are usually sugary in nature; excess intake of it could cause diarrhoea for some people.
- Sweeteners:
Sweeteners found in sweets, chewing gums, drinks such as fructose and sorbitol have detected to causing diarrhoea as it is often times poorly absorbed by our intestine.
- Excess fruits or vegetables:
Eating too many fruits such as prunes, kiwi fruit, beans, broccoli or cabbage can sometimes upset our stomach.
