Angwa Moo (oiled rice) – Ghanaian Dish
This is another locally made dish in Ghana and it is very easy to prepare.
It serves as a quick fix when the stomach starts rumbling. While Ghanaians don’t just prepare oil rice, they also have the Ngwo Moo known as Palm oil rice.
Serving:
2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 Spoon vegetable oil or canola oil
- Crayfish
- Fresh pepper
- Fresh tomatoes
- Onions
- Maggi
- Salt
- Smoked Fish
Method of Preparation:
Boil the rice and set it aside. Pour the vegetable inside pot and add the tomato and pepper and fry.
Add the onions, crayfish, Maggi, and salt with the smoke fish. Put your rice, add small water and allow it to cook until your rice is ready.
Serve while hot with chilled drink !!!
