This fruit is generally loved across Nigeria due to its amazing health benefits and its sweet and sour taste.
African star apple, popularly known as Agbalumo or Udara among the Igbos can be used in making a very healthy cocktail or mocktail if you aren’t into alcohol.
If you are opting for the full blown cocktail, the best alcoholic to make it with is Hennessy due to the sweet undertone it gives the drink and it totally complements the agbalumo.

3 Scent leaves
1 teaspoon Ginger powder
A tablespoon of Sugar
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon Angostura Bitters (substitute with any other bitters)
2 shots of Hennessy (Optional)
