1 pound ground pork sausage
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 pound sharp and shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese in a large bowl then mould the mix into walnut-size balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
