Simple steps to making peppered kpomo
For kpomo lovers, here is a simple step to making peppered (ata sue sue) kpomo.

Ingredients
- Red pepper
- Kpomo
- Coriander
- Garam masala
- Oil
- Scotch bonnet
- Onion
- Green pepper
- Cumin
- Meat masala
- Garlic
- Seasoning
- Ginger
- Scotch bonnet
Direction:
- Mildly fry some onions in a skillet for 1 minutes then add some grounded scotch bonnet into it for few minutes
- Season the mixture with spices and seasoning cubes
- Stir fry for few minutes then pour the mixture in the cooked kpomo
- Stir thoroughly then add some pepper, stir again
- Pour in a little water, stir again then leave it to simmer for few minutes.
