Simple steps to making Mango and Coconut Smoothie

I called this ‘Speciale creamie smoothie’ because it has a combination of my favorite fruits. It is not just special because of its sweet taste but also its nutritional value.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml coconut milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves
  • 50gram of  Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 of chopped mango
  • ½ teaspoon of lime juice

Steps:

  • Place the honey, milk, coconut milk, mango, lime juice, yoghurt and ice in a blender
  • Blend till it is smooth
  •  Gently pour it in a cup then garnish with mint leaves afterwards.
