Simple steps to making Detox Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 chopped mint leaves
- 1 cup of finely chopped beetroot matchsticks
- 1 pack rocket leaves
- 1 cup of chopped parsley
- Lemon juice
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 100 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of preserved artichokes
