Simple steps to making a perfect North African Beef and Brown Rice
This dish is one healthy and yummy meal you should try

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 6 black cardamom seeds
- 1 cup of brown rice
- 1 cinnamon sticks
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon of beef stock concentrate
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 teaspoon of grounded black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of grounded coriander
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon of grounded cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 cup of chopped cabbage
- 1teaspoon of grounded coriander
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- Seasoning
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 pound of beef steak
Direction:
- Boil the beef with onion and seasoning in a pot for 5 to 10 minutes then add some water, garlic, sweet potatoes, carrots, and beef stock
- Stir afterwards, do that till the sweet potatoes and carrots are soft (this should be done in 20 minutes)
- Add some water mixed with black pepper, cumin, cabbage, paprika, cardamom seeds, cinnamon sticks, and coriander into the potato mixture, and then boil them together.
- Gently stir in your brown rice then reduce heat then cover the pot and allow it seethe until it is done
- Stir the rice and remove the cinnamon sticks
