Simple guide in making your Sumptuous Chicken and vegetable sauce
This sauce is not only attributed to particular set of people or countries,it basically tells your adverse nature of experimenting on cuisines.The chicken vegetables sauce is a blend of Chicken and greens like carrot,spring onion,green bell pepper,cayenne,garlic cloves and any other vegetable of your choice,prepared under 30-40min and its usually accompanied with Rice,couscous,pasta or can be served as a lone dish.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast or drumstick (cut into bite chunks)
- Green bell pepper
- red bell pepper
- Sodium Soy Sauce
- Seasoning cube
- Carrot
- Ginger minced
- onion
- Olive oil /Vegetable oil
- Spices (curry,thyme)
- Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Clean your chicken and cut in bite chunks add in a cooking pot and season your chicken with all spices,black pepper,fresh grounded pepper (for it to have a little bit of hot chilli taste) ,minced garlic and ginger salt and Seasoning cube then set aside for 10-20min before cooking over a medium heat.Cook your marinated Chicken till its well cooked then add your chopped carrots,green bell pepper,red bell pepper,springonion,diced onions and a sprinkle of your olive oil then allow it to cook till all the ingredients are well incorporated.Once this is ready serve hot with cooked rice,couscous or pasta.Enjoy!
