Recipe for Kyinkyinga
Kyinkyinga pronounced as “chichinga”is the native name of kebab in Ghana,also known as suya in Nigeria,it is a common street food munch on in Ghana.this marinated roasted beef is a quick and easy munch on if you are looking to get your mouth busy with tasty feeling.
Ingredients
- Peanut butter powder
- Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1tsp ginger powder
- 1tsp paprika Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp cayenne Pepper
Beef on Skewers
- Bite chunk Beef
- Bulb Onion
- Oil
- Skewers
- Bell Pepper
Instructions
In a bowl,mix all your spices together to form your kyinkyinga spice,then start by arranging your bite chunk meat on a skewer one after the other with the other ingredients,when you are through,deep a cooking brush into your oil and coat the meat before rubbing your kyinkyinga spice all over the meat generously.Now arrange your skewer on a baking rack and put inside a pre heated oven for 10-15min and your kebab is ready for consumption.serve with chilled juice
