Quick steps to making a perfect Custard cake
Have you tried doing something different with custard, well here is a simple recipe that guards you through making a perfect custard cake

Ingredient:
- ½ tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 65 gram of custard powder
- 240 gram of plain flour
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 100 gram of softened butter
- 180 gram of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
Direction:
- Add ½ cup of butter and 1 cup of sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat the mixture until it is clear and smooth
- Add 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract then mix them well.
- Sieve flour, ½ cup of custard powder, ½ table spoon of baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder.
- Mix well using cut and fold method.
- Transfer the mixture into the mould and allow it bake for 40 minutes.
