Perfect fresh-baked Kotas recipe
This recipe helps to create perfect yummy fresh baked Kotas, You won’t be able to eat just one of these indulgent treats.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water (lukewarm)
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
Cooking direction:
- Stir and mix the ingredients together with water on until dough forms.
- Mix the dough on a surface with flour on it is smooth and thick to your taste then cover it up with nylon and allow it rise.
- Slowly cut the dough with a knife , roll into loaves and allow it bake for 25 minutes
- Carefully cut off the tops to hollow out inside of loaf then you can fill the hollowed out loaf with mayonnaise, chilli sauce and any other ingredients of your choice.
