This Ghana meal is one tasty meal that should never be left without considering,its a variant of fufu but its softer texture distinguishes it’s from fufu.if you love good food then you should try this meal.its can be accompanied with your preferred soup.

Method
Boil your water over a medium heat,When the water begins to boil,take out some part of the water and reserve for the overall finishing of the dish.Add the kokonte flour to the boiling water and stir continuously to avoid any form of lump.when the dough is forming a thick texture add your reserved boiled water, cover it and allow the kokonte to cook for about 5-10min .then remove from heat and allow to cool before you start rolling the kokonte into balls with your hands.serve with any soup of your choice.Enjoy!
