Making your Tapioca pudding
Tapioca as it’s fondly called in Nigeria is a pudding made out of cassava is a filling starchy appetizer, it is better enjoyed before main course meal or can even take the place of a main course when it’s eaten with either beancake “Akara” or Moimoi and if you need to enjoy it better your Evaporated Milk should be available.
- Tapioca pearl or flour
- Coconut(Thinly diced)
- Salt (pinch)
In a medium sized pot boil your water and allow to boil, while it’s boiling pour your tapioca flour in a bowl and add some water to soften.once your water is boiled, start adding your tapioca flour bit by bit to avoid clotting while still stirring.Continue stirring till the tapioca is bringing out a thick pudding now add your sugar to taste and a pinch of salt as well, leave for 3-4min then add you thinly diced coconut and stir together.Now your tapioca is ready for consumption add your evaporated milk as finishing ingredients and Enjoy!Tags: Pudding
