Ingredients
8 eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
¼ cup chopped green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Boil your eggs in a pot while it is completely immersed on water. Take them out when it is fully boiled then let it cool, peel and slice .
- Pour the sliced eggs in a bowl then mix it with mustard, mayonnaise and green onions while you also season with pepper, salt and paprika. Stir till it is evenly mixed.
