How to prepare an unconventional watermelon soup
Just like the name sounds, watermelon is mostly used for smoothies and probably eating it alone but you’ll be shocked to find out that it can be used to make soup too.
1 hour 20 minutes
1. Boil your choice of meat with pepper, ginger, smoked fish, onions, uhio, salt and water.
2. Take out the pepper and ginger from the pot and blend. Pour the ginger and pepper mix back into the pot after blending.
3. While the pepper is steaming, blend the watermelon and also add it in the pot.
4. Leave it to cook for 1 hour till everything mixes perfectly.
Your watermelon soup is ready! Serve with rice or any swallow of your choice.
