Instructions
1. Heat some water up, when it boils, reduce the heat to low and steadily add the oat flour into the pot of water while mixing at the same time with a spatula.
2. As the mix becomes thicker and you can feel it on your spatula, stop adding the oat flour but keep mixing until a smooth ball of dough is formed.
3. Add a few drops of water to the dough, cover the pot and let it steam for a while.
4. Mix again till well done and combined.
