How to make homemade mayonnaise

You can only store the homemade mayonnaise in your fridge for 1-2 days due to the absence of preservatives.
2 large Eggs
1/2 teaspoon of Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1 clove Garlic (optional)
3/4 cups of Vegetable Oil (You can use Olive Oil)
- Crack and pour both eggs in a blender then blend till it becomes light.
- Add the sugar, garlic and salt then keep blending for one more minute.
- Pour the lemon juice and the oil into the mix and continue blending for 2 minutes.
Your homemade mayonnaise is ready! Use it as dressing for salad or sandwiches.
