How to make a tasty shredded beef sauce

This is an easy meal to make and quite delicious as well.

The shredded beef sauce is an amazing recipe that can go with different meals like rice, spaghetti and many more.

You can buy shredded beef at the market and if you are unable to get it, buy the beef and slice it very thinly to achieve the same effect.

Ingredients

2 cups of shredded beef

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

1.5 tablespoons of corn starch

3 thin slices of ginger

1 yellow scotch bonnet pepper

1 clove of garlic

2 sticks of spring onions

1 green bell pepper

1 teaspoon of butter

A pinch of sugar

1/2 cooking spoon of oil

1 teaspoon of red wine

Salt to Taste

1/3 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Marinate your shredded beef with corn starch, soy sauce and red wine. Leave for an hour or two.
  2. In a pan, heat up the butter and stir fry the shredded beef till well browned on medium heat. Take out the beef and if necessary, add the rest of the oil to the pan.
  3. Fry the spring onions, ginger, garlic and peppers. Add the beef and stir fry, add the sugar and salt.
  4. Add 1/3 cup of water to the sauce and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes on low-medium heat.

Your shredded beef sauce is ready! Serve with rice.
