Here is how to prepare Special Bandashen Gurasa
Bandashen gurasa is a Popular northern street snack, which is has its origin from Kano state in Nigeria.
- Vegetable oil
- 5 gurasa
- Chopped garlic
- Kuli kuli
- Chopped red pepper
- Chopped green pepper
- Thoroughly clean and steam gurasa, Then mix yaji and kuli kuli in a bowl with a little salt
- Pour a little oil in your pan then add some onions, then leave it to fry for a while before adding pepper, garlic and seasoning , then you will gently stir it, cover it then leave it to get done (this should be done in 2-3 minutes).
- When the gurasa is done, gently arrange it in a plate and spread the yaji mixture on it.
