Here is how to prepare Millet massa
Millet masa is quite popular amongst the Nigerian Northerners, here is a simple to prepare it.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 4 cups millet
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon Yoghurt
- Onion
- ½ cup of sugar
Direction:
- Chaff your millet then soak it overnight then then wash well
- Add yeast then allow blend till it is smooth.
- Add your yoghurt then pour the paste into a bowl
- keep in a warm place until it rises
- When the paste is ready, add your Sugar and baking powder (mix them)
- Brush your Masa pan with some, add your to eat when it is hot, flip it from time to time.
- Voila your masa is ready
