Gov. Sanwo-olu Cooks with White Money
It was an interesting sight to behold when the governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-olu was girded in an apron as he cooked alongside Big brother house Naija 2021 winner, Hazel Oyeze Onou also popularly known as White Money at the maiden edition of the Lagos food festival held at Muri Okunola park, Victoria Island Lagos on Sunday 12th December 2021.
The event is an offshoot of the annual Seafood festival which the state government celebrates its seafood varieties. The Commissioner for Agriculture, Abisola Olusanya appointed out that Food Festival is meant to stimulate investors’ interest in the food in Lagos.
During the well-attended event, the governor assumed the role of a chef with White Money by his side. He encouraged the entrepreneurs to take advantage of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) to grow their businesses, noting that part of the event’s objectives was to boost the entrepreneurial spirit of the residents.
