Easy steps to making Yoghurt rice pudding

This recipe for yoghurt rice pudding is super easy to prepare, it can be served warm or cold. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • Vanilla flavour
  • 1 cup White rice
  • yoghurt

Directions:

  • Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  • Cook the rice with 2 cardamom until it is soft
  • When done, add in a blender, add milk and blend until smooth
  • Place the pudding on fire and add yogurt, condensed milk, vanilla flavour, and keep mixing for 3 minutes
  • Voila it is ready
