A simple guide to making a perfect Chocolate Fondant
Making a perfect chocolate fondant is quite easy to make and it can be achieved by following this recipe.

Ingredients:
- Dark solid chocolate
- Unsalted butter
- 200g corn flour
- 6 eggs
- Berries
- raspberry coulis
- Butter for greasing
- Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 400g of caster
Directions:
- Preheat your oven
- Grease the moulds with melted butter then some cocoa powder
- Gently dissolve chocolate and butter in a skillet then remove from the gas
- Gently stir in the vanilla extract and sugar then allow it cool off afterwards
- Beat the eggs, then turn it into the mixture carefully
- Fold in the corn flour then add a little salt until your mixture is smooth
- Cut up the moulds into parts then place in the oven for 12-15 minutes
- Carefully remove from the oven, you can poke it with a spoon to check if it is properly done
- Voila your chocolate fondant is ready!!!!!!!
