- 1 teaspoon of grounded ginger
- 1 banana
- 4 blocks of ice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of almond milk
- ½ cup of cooked sweet potato
- 1 cup of cashew nuts (it is important you must soak it overnight)
