A perfect Gingerbread Smoothie recipe

The Gingerbread smoothie recipe is one recipe you should try as it contains low fat, good vitamin c and iron, and other nutrients such as fiber, protein, and calcium.

Ingredient:

  • 1 teaspoon of grounded ginger
  • 1 banana
  • 4 blocks of ice
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • ½ cup of cooked sweet potato
  • 1 cup of cashew nuts (it is important  you must soak it overnight)

Direction:

  • Put all the ingredients together in a blender and allow it blend until it is smooth.
  • Voila your Ginger bread smoothie is ready!!!!!!
