Method
Ferment your maize for a day and then sieve out the shaft from the maize, pour the water into a bowl together with your evaporated milk and mix well taste and start scooping into a nylon to be refrigerated before consumption.its a mixture of sweet sour taste which is most enjoyable when refrigerated.
