Preparing your Gardenegg sauce with Egg
While the garden egg is a known healthy plant base that promotes good body properties,the adoption of making the sauce is not specifically tired to a particular tribe,this sauce can be prepared using varying method and ingredients and eaten with either bread,yam or any of your preference.Today we would be looking at preparing garden egg sauce with Egg.with not much of ingredients to be used except its logic.
Ingredients
Gardenegg (white/purple)
Egg
Vegetable oil
Fresh pepper
Onions
Seasoning cube
Salt
Method:
Wash and cook your garden egg till the skin can go off easily,after peeling the skin,mash your garden egg with fork or wood spoon then proceed to blending your pepper.put a pot over a medium low heat and add your vegetable oil then pour in your blended pepper to fry,add your salt and half of your seasoning cube because you would still season the egg and we dnt want it to be over salted.allow pepper to fry while stirring then break your egg and add salt and the other half of the seasoning cube,now when the pepper is well fried pour in your mashed gardenegg and fry for 3-4min before adding your whisked egg to the mixture.allow all to fry together then bring it down for dishing.your can eat with bread,yam,Irish potatoes or sweet potato.Enjoy while hot.
