Ingredients
160 ml Palmwine
120ml Blended Mango
1 tablespoon Honey
1 stick of Lemongrass
A handful of Mint leaves
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend the mango with lemongrass, mint, ginger, lemon juice, honey, ice and palmwine with a blender.
- Sieve the drink. If it is too thick, loosen it with more lemon juice.
- Pour the drink into a glass with ice and serve cold.
Your Palmwine mango cocktail is ready! You can top it with extra mint leaves and a lemon slice.
