How to make an easy Lemon butter rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup of Parboiled rice
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1.5 tablespoons of butter
1 chicken seasoning cube
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 cloves of garlic minced.
5 pieces of cooked shrimp
Instructions
- Wash the rice and boil till it becomes soft, remove it from it and pour in a bowl.
- Pour the pepper, lemon juice and half of the seasoning cube into the bowl of rice and stir thoroughly.
- Heat up butter in a pan under medium heat then fry the minced garlic. Add the washed shrimps also and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Now sprinkle the other half of the seasoning into the pan then pour the rice into it and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Your lemon butter rice is ready! Serve hot with any protein of choice.
